Yoga class / Steve Kelly
Steve Kelly will introduce fundamental and effective Tai Chi for beginners. Steve is a proficient instructor, unassuming and lots to give. You will remember the base of what Tai Chi is even if you have no previous experience. The breath, the stance and way to move at the same time strengthen the joints, the whole body and spirit.
