Born in Australia, Tamsin has lived and worked in New York, Dublin, London, Mumbai, Auroville, and Melbourne. She studied classical ballet before joining a contemporary dance company, Graffiti Dance Theatre. Danced with Melbourne University’s Guild Dance Theatre during a Cultural Theory Degree. While living in the UNESCO listed ‘City of the Future’ Auroville, she studied the Vedas, taught Yoga, and trained in contemporary dance and contact improvisation. She performed with the TYC since 2011, works as a writer, editor, lecturer, producer, trans-personal psychotherapist and psychic and continues to explore a deep interest in the therapeutic value of trance states and embodied trans-personal experience.
